Any payment made to IG Infra as an Expression of Interest (EoI), booking amount, or other preliminary payment shall be subject to the applicable project-specific booking and cancellation terms.
Where a customer cancels a booking within the applicable pre-booking or cancellation period, the eligible amount may be refunded in accordance with the terms communicated at the time of booking. Any applicable cancellation charges, administrative fees, statutory deductions, or charges imposed by the developer or project authorities may be deducted from the refundable amount, wherever applicable.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the applicable project terms, documentation, and payment conditions.
